Welcome to our legal practice. I am Dr. Augustin Procopovici, founder of the Law Office bearing my name, based in Chișinău, Moldova. With over 20 years of legal experience and a doctorate in law, I have dedicated my career to providing exceptional legal services to both local and international clients.
Our practice is built on a foundation of professionalism, integrity, and client-focused service. We understand that navigating a foreign legal system can be challenging, which is why we offer comprehensive English-language legal services to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible. For Romanian-speaking clients, we also maintain a Romanian-language legal website with comprehensive information about our services in Română.
In accordance with Article 1, paragraph (1) of Law No. 1260 of July 19, 2002 on the legal profession, lawyers are qualified and authorized persons who, according to the law, plead and act on behalf of their clients, practice law, appear before courts, and consult and represent clients in legal matters.
